Material

Our Woven Labels with Text & Symbol are made with 100% recycled polyester*. The labels are colourfast, robust and will retain their shape even after many washings. Each label is woven from scratch on professional weaving machines and cut using a heat cutting method. This means that the label edges will not fray and are comfortable against the skin.
(*Sparkling text and melange options are not recycled.)

Certification

The materials used to make our woven labels are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified*. The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials. That means the materials used by Wunderlabel to make our woven labels have been proven to be free of any substances which might be harmful to people's health. (*Sparkling text option is not OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.),

Melange Colour
Our two-tone melange labels have a slight shimmer finish and are comfortable against the skin. Each colour option has a soft heathered effect which lightly glistens.

Care

Woven Labels with Text & Symbol can be washed in hot water:
up to 194°F / 90°C
Iron-On Labels should be washed in cool water:
up to 86°F / 30°C

Design

Our online design tool will walk you through each step of the label design process. Create a label that is fully customised by adding up to 3 lines of your own text, personalising and pantone colour combinations. Embellish your design with one of our symbols and optional borders. Pure Colour and Punched Holes can also be added to your label design. Woven labels with Text & Symbol can be ordered as sew-on or iron-on labels. Each label is woven from scratch on professional weaving machines.

Pure Colour Option
The Pure Colour option means that an additional layer of thread is woven into the label background colour. This extra thread strengthens the background colour so that the text thread colour does not "bleed" through the background. This option is recommended for label designs with a light background colour and dark text.

Mounting Holes
Mounting holes are pre-cut holes which are cut with laser technology. These mounting holes make attaching the labels on 2 sides or 4 corners easier by hand.
