Wunderlabel iron on labels are made to stick, although they can be removed when needed. By heating the label and the adhesive to a high temperature, the label will peel off slowing while still heated. Please use caution when removing the labels as the area is very hot. It is best to use a pair of tweezers to handle the label.
Set iron to medium/high heat and turn off the steam setting. Let the iron heat up fully.
Place the garment flat on an ironing board with the label you wish to remove easily accessible and cover the label with a sheet of parchment paper.
Using a circular motion and steady pressure, iron on top of the parchment paper for 10-15 seconds.
Once the label is heated, using a pair of tweezers, carefully pull up one corner of the label.
If the label corner is easily lifted, proceed to peel the label off of the garment.
If you are not able to easily lift the label, place the parchment paper over the label and heat with the iron for another 5 seconds. Continue to heat in 5 second intervals until the label is able to be lifted.
Please keep in mind that the iron on label will leave adhesive residue on the garment. The adhesive may be removed by using an adhesive remover which is safe for fabrics.
